Waxing
Waxing is a personal service that should be performed with precision, professionalism, and proper sanitation. At Fabulash Faces, we offer facial waxing and underarm waxing in a calm, private setting with a focus on comfort and exceptional results.
Please note: We only offer waxing for the eyebrows, upper lip, nose, and underarms. We do not provide bikini, Brazilian, intimate, body, leg, arm, chest, back, or other waxing services.

Lip or Brow Maintenance (Existing Shape Only) $15
Select one service at the listed price.
Brow Maintenance is designed for established clients who need light upkeep between appointments. This service removes stray hairs only and does not include brow reshaping or redesign.
If you're a first-time guest or would like a complete brow assessment and customized shaping, please book an Eyebrow Styling appointment.
Brow Shaping and Design $35
This service includes a comprehensive brow assessment and customized shaping to create the most balanced, flattering shape for your features. Brow mapping, facial symmetry, and your natural growth pattern are carefully evaluated to achieve clean, natural-looking definition.
If you're an established client simply maintaining your current brow shape, please book Brow Maintenance instead.
Nasal Wax $15
This service safely removes visible hair from the lower inner nostril area for a clean, well-groomed appearance. Wax is carefully applied only to the lower portion of the nasal opening to remove excess hair without affecting its natural protective function.
Performed quickly, precisely, and with your comfort in mind, nose waxing provides clean, effective results that typically last longer than trimming.
Underarms $30
Underarm waxing removes hair from the root, providing longer-lasting smoothness than shaving. Because hair is removed below the surface of the skin, regrowth is often softer to the touch, and underarms stay smoother for longer.
This service helps reduce daily maintenance, minimizes the appearance of underarm shadow, and leaves skin feeling clean, smooth, and refreshed.
Does waxing hurt?
Some temporary discomfort is normal with waxing, as hair is removed from the root. Most guests describe it as a brief, quick sting that subsides within seconds.
Your first appointment may feel more noticeable if you’ve been shaving or have longer hair growth. With regular waxing, many guests find their appointments become more comfortable over time as regrowth is often softer and less dense.
How long does waxing last?
For the best results, hair should be approximately 1/8 inch long—typically about 3–4 weeks of growth. This length allows the wax to properly grip the hair for clean, effective removal.
With consistent waxing, many guests notice regrowth feels softer and appears less dense over time, although individual results vary.
Are there age restrictions on waxing?
Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at their first appointment to provide written consent. Once consent has been obtained, future appointments may be scheduled without a parent or guardian present.
Are there any reasons why I should not get waxed?
Waxing is not recommended if you are currently using Accutane (isotretinoin), prescription-strength retinoids, or other medications that increase skin sensitivity. It may also not be appropriate if you are recovering from chemotherapy or radiation, have uncontrolled diabetes, or have compromised or irritated skin.
Please avoid waxing over sunburned skin or within 24–48 hours of significant sun exposure. If you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medications, or are unsure whether waxing is appropriate, please consult your physician before scheduling your appointment.
How will my hair react to waxing?
Mild redness or slight irritation is common after waxing, especially after your first appointment. This typically subsides within a few hours.
Every person’s skin responds differently, and some guests may experience more sensitivity than others. We take every precaution to provide a comfortable experience while respecting your skin’s individual needs.
What about ingrown hairs?
Proper aftercare plays an important role in supporting healthy skin after waxing. Consistent exfoliation and appropriate home care help keep follicles clear and reduce the likelihood of ingrown hairs.
After your service, we will provide personalized aftercare guidance and product recommendations to help you maintain smooth, balanced skin between appointments.
How can I make waxing more comfortable?
Consistency makes the biggest difference. Scheduling appointments every 4–6 weeks helps maintain smooth results and keeps hair growth on a predictable cycle, making future appointments easier to manage.
For additional comfort:
- Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as stimulants may increase sensitivity.
- Begin gentle exfoliation a few days before your visit to support clean removal and healthy skin.
- Consider scheduling shortly after your menstrual cycle, when some guests may experience less sensitivity.
- Avoid shaving between appointments. Hair should be approximately 1/8–1/4 inch long for effective removal.
