Fabulash Faces has been serving Neosho and the surrounding communities since 2016. What began as a passion for lash artistry and skin care has grown into a boutique studio built on intentional, personalized care.
As a small, dedicated studio, we bring years of experience and continued education to every appointment. Licensed, certified, and deeply committed to our craft, we prioritize safety, precision, and thoughtful results — all within a calm, unrushed environment.

Dee Dee Marcoux
Licensed Esthetician | Acne & Age-Management Specialist | Owner
Dee-Dee is a licensed esthetician and the owner of Fabulash Faces since 2016. Her work is centered on corrective, results-driven skin care, with advanced specialization in acne treatment and age-management skin revision.
She has trained extensively with respected technical skin educators and holds advanced certifications in Corneotherapy, Skin Revision Therapy, Acne Specialization, Advanced Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and treating diverse skin types. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with practical, sustainable treatment plans tailored to each client.
Dee-Dee believes effective skin care begins with education and clear expectations. She prioritizes measurable progress, barrier health, and long-term results over quick fixes or trends.
Outside the treatment room, she enjoys cooking, live music, travel, and time on the lake.
Breanna Thomas-Toines
Licensed Cosmetologist | Advanced Lash Artist
Breanna is a Licensed Cosmetologist and Advanced Lash Artist specializing in refined, natural-looking eyelash extensions. While trained in Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume techniques, her signature style focuses on soft, balanced sets that enhance rather than overpower.
With over 10 professional lash certifications and Master-level training from respected educators — including Frankie Widdows of Eyelash Excellence (UK) — she brings technical precision, structural integrity, and a strong focus on lash health to every appointment.
In addition to extensions, Breanna is highly skilled in lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, and brow shaping/waxing, delivering the same attention to detail and natural refinement across every service. She also offers Express Lashes — a lightweight option ideal for special occasions or lower-maintenance wear.
Outside the studio, Breanna and her husband Nathaniel enjoy life on their small farm raising sheep and attending comic conventions.
