At Fabulash Faces, we believe beautiful lashes and healthy skin begin with expert care, personalized recommendations, and a commitment to long-term relationships.
Since 2016, we’ve been serving Neosho and the surrounding communities by helping clients make informed decisions about their skin and lash health. Every appointment is customized, and every recommendation is guided by what is truly best for you—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
As a boutique studio, we combine advanced education, years of experience, and a commitment to continual learning so you can feel confident you’re receiving knowledgeable guidance and professional care at every visit.
Dee Dee Marcoux
Licensed Esthetician | Corrective Skincare & Acne Specialist | Founder
Dee-Dee is a licensed esthetician and founder of Fabulash Faces, specializing in corrective, results-driven skincare. She helps clients achieve healthier skin through personalized treatment plans focused on acne, skin revision, and age management.
Her advanced education includes certification with Face Reality Skincare, Acne Detective training with Katie Marshall, advanced study under Dr. James E. Fulton, Jr., co-author of The Acne Rx, DMK Skin Revision training, and extensive study of Corneotherapy. This education reinforces her commitment to evidence-based treatment while protecting and restoring the skin barrier.
Dee-Dee believes lasting skin health begins with education, realistic expectations, and treatment plans tailored to each client's individual goals. Her approach focuses on understanding the factors contributing to skin concerns and creating sustainable solutions—not quick fixes.
Outside the treatment room, she enjoys cooking, live music, traveling, and spending time on the lake.
Breanna Thomas-Toines
Licensed Cosmetologist | Master Lash Artist
Breanna believes beautiful lash extensions should enhance—not compromise—the health of your natural lashes. Every set is thoughtfully customized to complement each client's eye shape, natural lash condition, and lifestyle while creating soft, balanced, natural-looking results.
With more than 10 professional lash certifications and advanced training from respected educators—including Frankie Widdows of Eyelash Excellence (UK)—Breanna specializes in Classic, Volume, and Mega Volume eyelash extensions. Her technical precision, attention to detail, and commitment to lash integrity allow her to create customized results while prioritizing the health of your natural lashes.
In addition to eyelash extensions, Breanna offers lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, brow shaping and waxing, and Express Lashes—a lightweight option designed for special occasions or clients seeking a lower-maintenance enhancement.
Outside the studio, Breanna and her husband, Nathaniel, enjoy life on their small farm raising sheep and attending comic conventions.
