If you’re coming to us with lashes applied elsewhere and need a fill, Breanna will begin with a brief consultation to assess retention, lash integrity, and overall application. From there, she will determine whether a fill is appropriate or if a removal and new set is the healthier option.
Because every artist uses different techniques, weights, and products, pricing for foreign fills starts at $95 and may increase based on the condition of your natural lashes and the existing work. In some cases, a full removal and fresh set is recommended to ensure safe, balanced, long-term results.

A lash lift can last up to 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.
Will eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. Proper isolation, controlled weight, and strategic placement are essential to maintaining lash health.

What is the difference between a licensed eyelash artist and a certified one?
A licensed lash artist has completed state-regulated education in cosmetology or esthetics, including extensive training in sanitation, infection control, anatomy, and safety standards. This education requires significant classroom hours and successful completion of state board examinations.
A certified lash artist has completed a course through a lash brand or private educator. Certification programs vary widely in depth and are not regulated by a state licensing board.
Breanna is a licensed cosmetologist with 1,500 hours of formal training in addition to advanced lash education. When working around the eyes, comprehensive education and strict safety standards are not optional — they are essential. That level of training directly impacts the health of your natural lashes and the safety of your service.
How can I tell if a lash artist is licensed?
A licensed cosmetologist/ esthetician is required to display their active state license in a conspicuous place within their business, along with their state and city business licenses. What are the benefits of choosing a licensed lash artist?

How do I prepare for my eyelash extension appointment?
Please arrive with completely clean lashes — free of mascara, eyeliner, and eye makeup. Lashes should be freshly cleansed and thoroughly rinsed prior to your appointment.
Avoid caffeine or stimulants for at least 5 hours before your service. Stimulants can increase involuntary eye movement, and a steady, relaxed eye area is essential for precise application and optimal results.
Can I wear eye makeup with eyelash extensions?
Most guests find they no longer need mascara — extensions are designed to replace it. You may wear eyeshadow and eyeliner, but avoid waterproof or liquid formulas, as they are difficult to remove and can affect retention.
Mascara is strongly discouraged. It can cause clumping, added weight, and premature shedding of your extensions.
With proper care and gentle cleansing, your lashes will maintain their fullness and longevity. If you’re unsure about a product, ask before using it.
Are eyelash extensions waterproof?
Yes. Lash extensions are designed to withstand normal showering and swimming. If you’ve been in the ocean or a pool, gently rinse your lashes afterward to remove salt or chlorine.
Saunas and steam rooms are not recommended, as excessive heat and prolonged steam can affect retention.

How fast will I lose my eyelash extensions?
Lash extensions shed according to your natural lash growth cycle — not because they are “falling out.” The average person naturally sheds 3–5 lashes per day, which can equal 25–30% of their lashes over a 2–3 week period. When a natural lash completes its cycle, the extension attached to it sheds as well.
Because extensions add length and depth, they are simply more noticeable when they shed. This is a normal biological process — not damage.

I have a special occasion, when should I get my lashes applied?
Schedule your full set or adjustment appointment 2–3 weeks prior to your event. This allows time for any refinements to curl, length, volume, or shape — and ensures your lashes are fully settled and balanced well before your date.
Planning ahead allows for thoughtful adjustments, not last-minute changes.
I have had lashes applied by another lash artist, may I schedule a fill with you?
You’re welcome here. If you’re transferring from another provider, Breanna will evaluate your current lashes to determine whether a fill is appropriate or if a removal and new set is the healthier option.
Fills are not performed past 4 weeks. If you are beyond that timeframe, a full removal will be required. Removal takes approximately 15–45 minutes and is complimentary when scheduled with a new Full Set.
