Studio Standards

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We operate on schedule and ask that you arrive promptly.

Service Environment

Phones must be silenced and put away during services.
Only clients receiving services may enter the studio.
No additional guests, including children, are permitted.

Our workspace is structured, focused, and designed for professional-level results.

Reservations

A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments and is securely stored. If a card is not kept on file, prepayment is required.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

24+ hours: No fee
Less than 24 hours: 50% of service
Less than 12 hours or No-Show: 100% of service
10+ minutes late: Considered a No-Show; full charge applies

If a booking error occurs, text (417) 986-5274 immediately.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments must be confirmed by 8:00 AM on the day of service. Unconfirmed appointments may be released and subject to applicable fees.

Confirmation is sent at booking and a reminder is sent 48 hours prior.

Illness

If you are unwell, please stay home. Exceptions may be considered for verified emergencies.

All services, prepaid services, and gift certificates are final sale. Gift certificates have no cash value.
