Policies

Providing the best possible service during your visit is our highest priority. The time allotted for your appointment is reserved especially for you! We respect your time and ask the same of you.

We love each and every one of our clients and want you to have the BEST experience possible when you’re visiting our studio. To ensure the health, safety & comfort of every guest, we are providing our Safety Policies.

Please arrive without any makeup. Please do not arrive early.

NO CELL PHONES – Please turn OFF and put away your phones during services. This minimizes potential HAZARDS and distractions when we are performing crucial eye services involving adhesives and tweezers. These services require us to maintain focus and precision. If your phone needs charging while you are receiving services, we do offer a QUIET charging station – just ask.

NO TALKING – During eyelash appointments, it is very important you DO NOT TALK once the pads are in place and the technician has begun your service. It also allows YOU time to relax and enjoy your services.

Child Safety Policy

We know your children are great little people, but not all children are created equal. For the safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our policies regarding having your children in the studio.

Children 15 yrs old and younger are allowed in the Studio when receiving a service with guardian supervision.

Due to Insurance legalities, we cannot have children on the premises unless they are scheduled for a service. Therefore, if your child is not receiving services, we respectfully ask that you make all necessary childcare arrangements prior to your visit.

Fabulash Faces does not, under any circumstance, assume responsibility for the well-being of your child during your visit. The guardian assumes all liability for any damages to the retail area during your visit.

Credit Card Policy

A VALID credit card must be kept on file to rebook appointments. If your credit card expires or you choose not to keep a card on file, all appointments will require prepayment. Your sensitive information is stored within our encrypted database for the highest security.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to provide a full 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling their appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you cancel 12 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service ticket. If you try to cancel an appointment but are unsuccessful due to a technical error (they sometimes do happen), please text us. The timestamp of the text will allow us to note your compliance with the time restriction for cancellation.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be responsible for the full cost of treatment. If you cancel less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service ticket.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a “No Show.” We may not have time to perform your treatment and you will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment. Please TEXT (417) 986-5274 if you are running late. Do not call or text the appointment reminder sending number as that is an automated system and does not contact us.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

You will receive an email and/or text confirmation at the time of booking and an email and/or text reminder 48 hours before your appointment asking you to CONFIRM or RESCHEDULE/CANCEL your appointment. This is as simple as a click on the link provided. If you do NOT CONFIRM your appointment by 8 AM on the date of your appointment, it will be canceled.

We understand that things come up that prevent you from making it to your appointment and schedule adjustments are necessary. When you cancel on short notice, it prevents another client who needs treatment from coming in during that time slot. If you must cancel, be sure to give AT LEAST 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you cancel 12 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service ticket. Exceptions are made in certain cases such as emergencies and illness. If you are sick, please stay home.

Product Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Used products may be returned for product credit within 7-days of purchase

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS on Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificates have NO CASH VALUE.

NO REFUNDS or DISCOUNTS will be issued after ANY treatment.
