Patch Test & Consultation$25

We strongly recommend all new clients schedule a Consultation & Patch Test at least 24 hours prior to their eyelash extension appointment to test for any potential reactions to the cryanoacrylate medical grade adhesive we use. This appointment will take approximately 20-30 minutes and includes the completion of a consultation form and the application of a few extensions to your natural lashes. Please arrive at the appointment without any eye makeup.

IMPORTANT: Please note that despite a clear patch test, it is still possible to have a reaction to a full set of lashes. Our top priority is your safety and satisfaction, and we will work with you to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Our team of expert lash artists will begin with a brief consultation to discuss your needs and evaluate the condition of your lashes to determine the best option for you. Please be aware that in RARE cases, a complete removal and new set may be necessary for optimal results. The longevity of your extensions will vary based upon your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Clients are expected to return to their appointment with 40-50% of the set remaining for it to be considered a fill, otherwise a whole new set may be required. Fills after 4 weeks will require a new set, we do not offer fills after 4 weeks.

If you need to remove your eyelash extensions, we offer a gentle and safe removal service. Our expert lash artist will take the utmost care to ensure that your natural lashes are protected during the removal process. We use a specialized adhesive remover that is gentle on your natural lashes and skin, while effectively dissolving the lash adhesive.

It is important to note that attempting to remove your extensions at home can cause damage to your natural lashes, and should be avoided. Allow our professionals to safely and efficiently remove your extensions, leaving your natural lashes healthy and ready for your next lash service.

Lash Lift & Tint $85

Looking for a low-maintenance solution that's a great alternative to lash extensions or perfect for clients with sensitivities? Our Lash Lift & Tint service is the answer. Using your own lashes, we'll apply a perm against a silicon pad to give your lashes a natural-looking lift that lasts for up to 8 weeks. This is a great option for men and women with straight or downward-facing natural lashes, as it gives your eyes an instant lift and makes you look more awake and youthful.

How do I prepare for my eyelash extension appointment?

Please arrive with your eyes free of any eye makeup and have your lashes freshly cleansed and rinsed. Avoid caffeine or stimulants a minimum of 5 hours prior to your appointment. Your eyes involuntarily move and stimulants will increase this action. For service, it is crucial we have a steady surface to work with to give you a quality result.

Can I wear eye makeup with eyelash extensions?

Yes, but most clients don’t feel the need to wear eye makeup with their eyelash extensions…they just wake up and go! No more “raccoon eyes”, running, streaking, smudging, clumpy or flaky mascara. You can use eyeliner and eye shadows as usual, provided it is NOT waterproof or liquid as these products are difficult to remove. NO MASCARA though as this can clump up the extensions and cause your extensions to come off earlier than expected.

Can I wear mascara with eyelash extensions?

Use a water-based mascara: Oil-based mascaras can break down the adhesive used to attach your lash extensions, causing them to fall out prematurely. Choose a water-based mascara instead.

Avoid waterproof mascara: Waterproof mascara is difficult to remove and can cause excessive rubbing and tugging on your lash extensions, which can damage them. Instead, opt for a non-waterproof mascara that is easy to remove.

Are eyelash extensions waterproof?

YES! You can shower and swim in them! If you swim in the ocean or a pool, remember to rinse them after you get out. No saunas or steam rooms, please.

How fast will I lose my eyelash extensions?

The average person, whether they have eyelash extensions or not, loses 25-30% of their natural lashes in a 2-3 week period. When your natural lash sheds, the extension is shed as well. It may look like you are losing more natural lashes than normal, but you are just more aware of the process. Your natural lash is not very big and we are adding 2-3 mm to your lashes, as well as girth. You will see them in the bathroom sink or your pillowcase, etc. – this is totally normal!

I have a special occasion, when should I get my lashes applied?

Please schedule your appointment 2-3 weeks prior to your event. By planning your appointment in advance, we will be able to accommodate any adjustments to the appearance of your lashes; including curl, length, volume or shape.

I have had lashes applied by another lash artist, may I schedule a fill with you?

We love doing your lashes as much as you love your lashes. We will fill another artists’ work on a case-by-case basis. You are welcome to schedule an appointment – however, we will need to evaluate the current lashes. If we feel we cannot provide a beautiful cohesive look or if your lashes have been previously damaged, we will recommend a full removal and a new full set application.

If you are past the 4 week mark between touch-up appointments, you will need to have your current extensions completely removed. The removal process is approximately 15-45 minutes depending on your styling. Our removal process is FREE of CHARGE when you schedule your new Full Set appointment at the same time.
